IMPORTANT NOTES:
1-- For V10 (Placement of the story), story "A" is always "1st"; story "B" is always "2nd"; story "C" always "3rd"....
The "Segment ID (V4)" is the one you use for codebook question: [V4] "Segment ID"
2-- For "War Bulletin" stories, treat the anchor as both anchor and reporter.
3-- When timing the story [V12], time only the REPORTER'S segment (i.e. start when the reporter starts talking, and stop when he stops or signs out. Include any questions/answers/discussions between the anchor and the reporter at the end of the story, but do NOT include the ANCHOR'S introduction/toss).

Note:
"Hezbollah" and "Hizbullah" are the same
"IDF" means Israeli Defense Forces (Israeli army)
"IAF" means Israeli Air Force (also part of the Israeli military)
