Create a four slide PowerPoint presentation that you will use to present at a corporate board meeting. You are presenting research that tries to convince the board of directors that it is in their interest to merge with your company. You presentation should follow the principles we covered in class and should have:

• One intro slide
• One slide with bullet points of what you will talk about.
• One slide with an excel graph (use the chart in this excel sheet)
  • Insert a new slide and change the "layout" to have a graph and a text box (Format >> Slide Layout >>).
  • Copy the graph from excel, select the graph box in PPT, and paste...
  • Adjust the graph size.
• One slide with an image (download from flickr.com and make sure you reference).
  • Download the image from flickr.com and save it somewhere accessible (desktop or network folder)
  • Then: Insert >> Picture >> From File
  • Alternatively, you can copy the picture from the browser and paste it in PPT.

You presentation's design, mood and colors should fit the purpose and occasion, and the material and its structure should fit the audience you are targeting.

Save the presentation somewhere safe (USB drive, network drive, or email it to yourself). We will use it next week!
